FSEAP focuses on supporting Canadians’ well-being and resilience through the design and delivery of Employee and Family Assistance Programs (EFAP), workplace support services, wellness programs, and leadership support services. A nationwide network of licensed family service agencies delivers FSEAP services.

Principal members of Family Service Canada can apply to be FSEAP providers in their area, provided they meet established criteria.

Significantly, FSEAP is the only national EAP provider structured as a social enterprise. One hundred percent of their profit supports mental health and community-based programming for children, youth, adults, families, and seniors in communities across Canada.
